Some character exploration based on my own stuffed animals! Mootoo (right) is one of the main characters of the story and is mute. As I was exploring other character designs, I decided to make Yuki (center) deaf and Don Qi (left) blind.
Communication between them is probably a mess, but that's for them to figure out!

A turn around of Mootoo. I wanted to find an artstyle that was cute, but also complex enough to be used in fight scenes.

Since Mootoo is a mute character with a mask, I wanted to practice conveying his emotions through his eyes.
